By using GoBeyond, you confirm that you:

  • Understand that violating these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

GoBeyond provides a platform where individuals, organizations, and institutions can:

  • Access and apply for jobs, scholarships, fellowships, tenders, and other opportunities.

  • Promote opportunities, advertisements, or business listings.

  • Buy and sell goods or services (e.g., cars, houses, and more).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

When using GoBeyond, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

  • Respect other users and avoid harmful or fraudulent activities.

  • Users are solely responsible for the content they post (jobs, tenders, products, etc.).

  • GoBeyond does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of listings.

  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Payments & Transactions

  • Buyers and sellers are responsible for ensuring the validity and safety of transactions.

  • GoBeyond may facilitate secure payments through third-party providers but is not liable for disputes between users.

  • Any fees for premium services will be communicated clearly before purchase.

6. Privacy & Security

Your use of GoBeyond is also governed by our:

  • Privacy Policy (how we collect and use your data).

  • Security Policy (how we protect your information).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All GoBeyond content (logos, designs, software, text) is protected under intellectual property laws.

  • Users retain ownership of their posted content but grant GoBeyond a license to display and share it as necessary to provide services.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoBeyond is not responsible for:

  • Accuracy or reliability of opportunities or listings posted by third parties.

  • Losses, damages, or disputes arising from user-to-user transactions.

  • Interruptions, errors, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.

  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

  • Misuse the platform in any way.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of GoBeyond after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Rwanda.
